Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Zyref LLC ("Zyref", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company operating the GpAPI service at gpapi.co and devs.gpapi.co (together, the "Service"), collects and uses information.
What we collect
- Account information. When you register on the developer portal we collect your name, email address and, optionally, company name.
- Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. We keep invoices and transaction records.
- Usage data. We log API requests — endpoint, timestamp, response status, request volume, IP address and API key — to meter billing, enforce rate limits, and detect abuse.
- Support correspondence. Emails you send us are retained so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.
What we don't collect
The Service returns publicly available Google Play data. We do not collect or profile your end users, and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or usage data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no cookies. The developer portal uses essential cookies only, to keep you signed in.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to run the Service: hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare), payment processing, and transactional email. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Request logs are retained for up to 12 months for billing and abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. Invoices are retained as required by law.
Security
Traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit (TLS). API keys are stored hashed. Access to production data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the Service.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to gpapi-support@zyref.com. If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, which we honor on request.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the developer portal or by email before they take effect.
